Historical information
An old image of the Frikes, a small port village in the north of Ithaca where ferries berth to offload passengers and goods from other nearby islands and passengers and goods are also loaded from Ithaca. It has only a small permanent population but in the summertime it comes alive with tourists who enjoy the restaurants and cafes that line waterfront.
