Physical description
A photographic portrait of W.C. Kelly, DCM, presented in a wooden frame with a gold-coloured inlay. The photograph is mounted on a light green mounting board. The reverse features a paper and cork backing, sealed with duct tape. The frame is fitted with a picture-frame hook and hanging wire for wall display.
