Inscriptions & markings

On the Presentation of the Queen,s Colour to the Royal Australian Air Force by H M Queen Elizabeth !! at Richmond Airbase on Wednesday the 5th of March 1986.

The inscription in centre of plaque is a crown over an Eagle with outspread wings and Latin wording PER ASTRA ARDUA -AD.
