Physical description
Extant (in 2020) rendered neo-Georgian house, built in 1990. Renovations in 2004 included alterations to the facade. The pen and ink architectural drawing on drafting film of 30 Florence Avenue, made by Margaret Picken in 1996, predates the alterations to the facade.
