Herbert Moroney was President (1922-23) and Secretary (1924-55) of the Prahran & St Kilda United Friendly Societies Dispensary & Medical Association. He also served on the St Kilda council from 1927 to 1949 and was Mayor in 1931-32 and 1947-48.
