Physical description

Part of larger plan (Lands Department Parish Plan). Partly hand-drawn. Area bounded by Yarra River, Swan St, Glen Iris railway line. Shows Burnley Gardens layout, handwritten amendments and explanation of existing and proposed structures including: Pavilion, sketch of unbuilt Administrative Building, poultry yard, contours of old orchard, sketch for Plant Research Institute, ditch, silo, milking shed, laying pens.
