Physical description
Plan with handwritten amendments by T.H. Kneen on 24.10.1949. Extensive explanation of existing and proposed structures at the College. Plan A: area bounded by Swan St., Yarra Boulevard, reserves for grazing, orchard and vegetable gardens along southern boundary.
