Note by T.H. Kneen 19 November 1991, "The Ginkgo biloba died subsequently and was replaced by another tree in the same area. The replacement is a Liriodendron tulipifera planted by the Minister for Agriculture Mr Kent on Arbor Day 1982. (This tree has been replaced by a G. biloba twice more in slightly different places).
