Physical description
Black and white photograph of a tree labelled, "The Corroboree Tree. This tree had been preserved because beneath it the aboriginal inhabitants held corrobories, which were witnessed by white men in the early days of settlement of this state." The tree has since been removed and there is another Corroboree Tree fairly close by. The tree was on the opposite side of Yarra Boulevard to Burnley gardens.
