Identification and information on reverse of some photographs given by Georgina Whitehead (Tel-9572 1225) who visited Archives on 26 September 1995 when she was writing a book on the various gardens owned and run by the Melbourne City Council-'Civilizing the city: a history of Melbourne's public gardens' State Library of Victoria, Melbourne 1997.
