The photo was taken at the Halls Gap Wildflower Show in October 1986 (perhaps at the parade held that year?).
The photo shows a young boy (perhaps 8 or 9 yo) surrounded by adults, as can be seen by arms and shoulders. The image has been altered to show an uneven cameo image of the boy.
