Physical description

Valuation book, Town of Port Melbourne 1897. Dark French blue cloth (?) cover stamped in gold with title. Tan suede spine and corners, red gold-stamped label on spine. Pages buff. Two page insert pasted into p. 70 being a handwritten letter from valuer detailling 128 houses removed, increase in population, extensions to buildings. (also Rates; assessments)
