Appears to have belonged for a time to licensee of Fountain Inn "pudney" (except licensee at the time is listed as Joseph Ballhausen). If 1892, cable tram has just gone in, so dispute the marked date.

"Fountain Inn, Crockford Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria". A postcard of the Fountain Inn (deemed 1892). Sender has written "Greetings from Port Melbourne" across the front. Hand tinted photo shows cable car and horse cart. Printed in Germany.
