View of A E Wearne & son Coachbuilders, office and factory. Front is made of corrugated iron. Cars were assembled here until the 1930s when the Depression forced closure. Buiding was later used by the Port Melbourne Council as Harts Market, named after Mr Hartridge who had a grocers stall in the building. On the right a corner of the adjoining grocery and hardware store is visible
