Historical information

Originally it was a grocery shop owned by George Burns. In the two pink facade to the right there was a barber (Billy Ballard) and next door a bootmaker (Burke), approx 1950. The corner property was said to have belonged to J Kitchen & Sons at some point.

Physical description

Two (2) colour photographs of the business property No. 220 on the corner of Bridge & Ross Streets. At time of acquisition property was premises of Jesada Tools.
