Historical information
Owners of the former New Britain, Phil and ? COLLINS over 2003-2004 demolished portions and extended the structure. Added upper decks, swimming pool etc. Aptil demolition was recorded by neighbour Lloyd FINCH from roof of 201 Stokes Street.
