Data plate off a Second World War Japanese aircraft
Rectangular black and silver aluminium plate with a cardboard tag attached by string
The plate has Japanese characters and numbers stamped on it. The cardboard tag has the following: Jap Zero Easter Friday 1943. shot down by Spitfire at Fenton NT crashed from 32,000ft, 2 Japs killed. Further writing is illegible.
