The title 'With Legacy's Help. It seemed like a miracle - just like having an invisible Mother and Father' and is about a young girl 'Betty' whose parents died leaving her in charge of three younger siblings. It dramatically changed her career prospects and struggled to care for them on her own. Since her father was a returned serviceman Betty contacted Legacy, and from then on it seemed like an invisible mother and father. Legacy helped with the financial burden and arranged medical and dental treatment for the children, brought them clothes and provided holidays and birthday presents.
