Photograph - looking south along Elizabeth Street Melbourne to towards Flinders Street station. Has three cable trams in the photo, including one shunting at the terminus. Has signs for the London Cafe and Federal Cafe in the view, along with many horse-drawn vehicles and a few motor cars. There is a telegraph/telephone line on the east side of the street.
