Issued at the time (1982) of part of the trial for the Neighbourhood ticket system, a flat fare time based system that became part of Melbourne's multi-modal public transport system. The development of this system is well covered in the article by Rob O'Regan attached to this record as a pdf file.

Demonstrates the first use of a Melbourne time based, multimodal ticket system.
