The National Library notes in its collection - Decorated dummy and car which, electrically illuminated, traversed the Melbourne cable tramways in celebration of peace, on the evenings of Monday and Tuesday, the 14th and 15th July, 1919. Has a illustrated card published by the Tramway Board 1919. Five men on the tram in full uniform of the time. Based on the background - billboards and a church, the photo was taken at Prahran.
