Physical description
A large sepia photgraph in a grey carboard mount, showing the arrival of the Duke of Gloucester. The main image is of the Duke and dignitary standing in the carriage to acknowledge the crowd on the foreshore. You can see the Women's Welcomng Committee behind the crowd and a view of Station Pier. There is a small inset photo in the top right hand corner showing the Duke seated in the carriage.
