Provides details of the history of SECV rail operations in the Yallourn and other power station open cuts and the transport of coal and the locomotives used in the Latrobe Valley operations of the SEC. Possibly prepared in the early 1980s. Rail operations on the interconnecting railway ceased in 2000. Shows outline diagrams of the steam, electric and diesel locomotives and the coal wagons.
