Provides a report on a conference between the MTOCo and five City Councils held on 17 Aug 1892 about the method of valuation which councils levied rates for the Melbourne Tramway and Omnibus Co. The company appealed these. Looks as case law in the UK and whether under the Victorian Acts this would be applicable. Reported by the Chairman, J H Maddock on 27-9-1892. Includes on the separate sheet an Abstract of the Profit and Loss account for year to 30 June 1891.
