Provides rules for both tramway and motor bus operations, has index pages 3 to 28, rules for both systems and specific type of vehicle, ticket machines and ticket issuing. At rear is MMTB By-Law 11 and By-Law, the latter dated 1956. Issued to F Reale-Key who worked for the Civil Engineering at South Melbourne Depot.
