To promote blind bowling, the annual tournament between Victoria and South Australia, will be held in Ballarat's Webbcona Bowling Club. Victorian representatives from Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo, Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne will be competing to win the Catchpole Trophy.
