Historical information

Photo shows MMTB Scrubber or Track Cleaner No. 8 in Elizabeth St. Tram was built at Preston Workshops in 1934 using cabins from C class No. 32. The tram was withdrawn in 1990 and was donated to the Ballarat Tramway Museum by Public Transport Commission Sept. 1999. Photo by John Buckland c1940.
