Photo shows MMTB Ballast Motor No. 11 at Preston Workshops, possibly decommisioned as no trolley pole is apparent. Parked behind possibly a U class tram and with two other trailers behind it. The tram has scrap materials loaded onto it. Was scrapped in 1949.
