Tram built by Duncan and Fraser in 1913, one three, for the Sebastopol electrification. Known as the Sebastopol type.

Significance
Demonstrates a tram specifically built for Ballarat by Duncan and Fraser.
Physical description
As built - Single truck, straight sill closed cross bench tramcar. As recovered - frame, roof, sides (some damage), and some internal parts. Placed on a fabricated truck - made from wheels ex Preston transfer dolly and steel crane beams ex Johns Valves to enable it to be moved around.
