Black and white photograph of a SEC Bogie tram parked in the Loop in Wendouree Parade on a busy day. Many cars in the photograph and many around the tram stop. Photograph is scratched with semi-circular marks and not well in focus. Taken prior to application of dash canopy lights, possibly late 1950's.
