Photo of the former Phoenix Foundry railway line in Armstrong St., Ballarat, crossing the Sturt St. (north side) tram line, looking south. Has Town Hall and Myer (formerly Snows) building in the background, along with a tram stop on the corner. Track has been dug out, exposing the sleepers and one tie bar. There are road barriers in the background. Photo taken 1935, during the reconstruction of the tramway system. On Velox photo paper.
