Newspaper clipping from The Courier, 10/11/1971 about a letter from the BTPS placed before the Council meeting on the previous Monday night, concerning membership, volunteer workers, proposed expenditure on buildings. The Mayor, Cr. Chisholm said still many loose ends, and Cr Mills questioned the accuracy of the figures.
