Historical information

A photograph of ESCO Ballarat No. 3 in Ripon St. Shows tram with blinds drawn, and covers over the wooden slats beneath the blinds to prevent people from standing on them at either end of the tram, Has "Enter Front Entrance" sign. The tram has the destination of "City". This tram began its life as a Sydney C class tram, possibly No. 14. In the background are the cooling towers of the Ballarat A Power station.
