Photo of SEC Ballarat trams waiting in Lydiard St. North for the passengers to travel on the ARHS/ TMSV specials on Saturday 21/8/1971 to undertake the last tour of Ballarat Tramways, prior to the closure of the system. The first line closure (Victoria St.) took place the following day. The organising group is discussing the arrangements with the SEC tramway inspector.
