Newspaper clipping from The Courier, Ballarat, dated Wednesday 17/5/1972 titled "July date set for depot auction". Item reporting that the depot will be auctioned on July 17, 1972. This was announced by SEC Manager for the Mid-Western Branch, Mr. I. F. Pellas and that it would be auctioned by Edgar Bartrop. Discussed the proposed development that was abandoned by the SEC and that six houses could be built on the site.
