Newspaper cutting from the Letters to the Editor Section of The Courier, Ballarat dated 7/8/2002 regarding the reintroduction of trams to Ballarat.



Letter to the Editor titled - "Ballarat has enough trams" - written by Thelma Rungkat, suggesting that a City tramway was not needed, but a system of coin operated electric cars would suffice.



Letter to the Editor, by Tom Evans of Creswick titled "Who paid the tram planners", questioning who paid the consultants - the City of Ballarat Ratepayers?



Also has a cartoon by inkcinct, titled Ballarat Transport development speeds, with the fast train at 0kmph and the tram restoration project at 6kmph, passing a 'test you speed' sign.
