Newspaper clipping from "The Argus Weekend Magazine 18/11/1939, page 14 of the line up of horse trams at Grenville St. just prior to electrification. See also Reg. Item 800 which says "Photograph of the Ballaarat Tramway Company horse trams massed for a group photograph at the lower part of Sturt St., with trams between Lydiard St. and Grenville St. 18 horse trams lined up - with crews and horses. " See also Reg Item 2516 for HP James notes on this photograph.
Has on the lower edge of the photograph, name of supplier of photograph "Mrs. S. J. Neal, Penshurst Road Hamilton" who was paid a fee of 10/6 for the photograph.
