Physical description

Handwritten notes, titled "Tram Fares - Method of Collection" contained within Reg. Item 2488, page 51, by H.P. James on the collection of fares from the horse tram days (Albert Potts) and with notes on ESCo fares including weekly tickets, all route tickets, wages, and fares to various terminals. Written about 1939 - as has references to that year in the notes.
