Preprinted form on off white card, titled "Motorman's Record" contained within Reg. Item 2526, page 58, used by the SEC in the late 1930's to record the details of the Motorman's or Driver's work for the day. Notes Name, date, tramcar, time on, off, routes, trips, meter (power or electricity use), remarks and defects. See item 9124 for a 1930s SEC version.
