Physical description
White cardboard mount, 35mm slide, from the Association of Railway Enthusiast's film strip titled "Provincial Tramway Film Strip" of a crew member reversing the pole of Bendigo No. 19 at the Golden Square terminus with the Golden Square hotel in the background.
The film strip notes (Reg. Item 2560), provided the following caption details:
""Swinging the pole" was a ritual performed every time a single trucker
reversed direction. Here No. 19 is dealt with at "GOLDEN SQUARE" -
Mar '72 (Graham Evans)"
