Twenty eight or 24 page , centre sewn book within grey Rexene covers with paper sides and gold blocked title "State Electricity Commission of Victoria / Tramways / Rules Governing Employees / March 1948. Opposite inside title page, is the issuing information, No. and who to and classification.



Provides 93 General Rules for crews - Motormen and Conductors.

Accidentally catalogued - should have been sent to Bendigo as part of P. Watt materials (see Reg Item 3045). Removed from box and this note made 14-07-2006.
