Cover - gives title and printer details

First sheet - with a greetings sheet for Good wishes and seasons greetings. Has a printed date of 1905. See Inscriptions. Dated 22/11/1904.

Pages 3 - 10 - a historical sketch of Ballarat, compiled by Lieut-Colonel R. W. Williams V.D.
