Historical information

Notes give history of the SEC's operation of the tramway, the reconditioning, their condition, lack of capital expenditure, rolling stock and track age, possible abandonment, but finally, we must solider on. Appears to have been written for staff and explain the lack of capital expenditure on the system, but we must continue to run a safe and reliable system.

Yields a information about the history of the SEC in Bendigo. Almost apologetic in its tone in not spending enough money on the tramway system. Gives notes about the overall engineering status of the system.
