Black and white photograph of the No. 11, derailed inbound, Albert St Sebastopol, near the Masonic Hall. Tram has destination of City, has a Twin Lakes Sign, broken life guard flap. Has Inspector Arthur Maxwell, Depot Foreman Stan Lakey and crew member in the photo looking at the tram. A bogie tram has come down to No. 11 to assist.
