Mounted photograph on black light weight card, of the Ballarat (SEC 1st) No. 23 decorated for the centenary of the founding of Victoria, 1838-1938. Has a label, black ink on white paper "Decorated Tramcar Opening Night Ballarat Centenary". Photo held in position with plastic photo holders along the top edge only. Photo early 1938.
