Black and white photograph of Ballarat No. 14 west bound in Sturt St during the 1957 Begonia Festival with the Town Hall (with a Begonia Festival sign on it), and other buildings in the background. Has the Australian Mutual Life Building, the Odeon Theatre buildings. In the centre median strip, there is a large arrangement of flower beds and many women shoppers crossing the road, motor vehicles and a lady on a bicycle. No. 14 has the destination of Haddon St via Drummond Nth. Festoon lighting is strung out along the street.
