Historical information

Hand coloured postcard or print of Sturt St looking west from Grenville St with an ESCo tramcar standing alongside the old tram shelter - early 1920s?. Note the advertisement on normally what is a Suttons advert and the Indian - alongside the horse-drawn cart on building on the north side of the street. There is a weighing machine on the NE corner of tram shelter. The shelter was removed during late 1923
