Digital image from the Wal Jack Ballarat Album of a postcard - titled "Panorama of Ballarat East Vic. The Rose Series Postcard No. P 3164. Two ESCo trams are in the west end of Bridge St at Grenville St. Photo looks east from the Post Office tower, has the Alfred Hall, the Drill Hal and many other major buildings in the view.
Wal has dated the photo in ink in the bottom right hand corner 1928, and about 1930 on the rear and 1929 in his album notes.
