Significance

Yields information about Ballarat 's 23, then 69, ex Adelaide when decorated for the 1938 state celebrations.

Physical description

Digital image from the Wal Jack Ballarat Album of a postcard featuring the 1938 Floral Tram, coloured postcard at the Sturt St City stop, March 1938. Tram decorated with waxed flowers. For the centenary of settlement in the Ballarat district in 1938.

No details of who made the postcard, has space for correspondence, address and a stamp.
