Photograph of tram No. 23 or ex Adelaide 69, decorated with waxed flowers for the centenary of settlement in the Ballarat district in 1938, floral tram at Redan. Has a number of people looking at the tramcar and a crew member standing on the rear step. Dated in Wal's album notes as 12-3-38.
